Business Development Leader

Responsible for building Alliance's market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. 

• Represent the company and assist business development efforts for all practices within their geographic area and for the entire company
• Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase opportunities and maximize revenue for the company
• Knowledge of local clients, stakeholders, teaming partners and competitors
• Lead market awareness regionally for all Practices
• Identify and attend relevant regional meetings and conferences, network with industry leaders. and seek appropriate speaking opportunities
• Provide local knowledge for proposal development
• Assist Practice leaders in identifying recruits in the region
• Monitor and forecast Job Starts within the Region
• Work collaboratively with other Practice Leaders and geographic regions to ensure that ATG continues to operate effectively as one company
• Flexible, adaptable, and versatile, with an ability to lead and operate successfully in a collaborative, matrix organizational structure
• Evaluate, train (with ATG) to expand public involvement practice
