Entry Level Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator I, while an entry level position, is an integral part of the marketing team responsible for facilitating the smooth implementation of the firm's ongoing marketing processes at the direction of the Marketing Manager.

 Responsibilities:

• General departmental supportCoordinates departmental communications
  • Coordinates schedules and travel
  • Supports departmental documentation and reporting
  • Arranges maintenance of departmental equipment
  • Manages departmental printing, binding, shipping needs
  • Manages and maintains marketing supplies, inventory, and equipment
  • Participates in continuous process improvement and documentation
• Marketing initiatives support
  • Marketing research
  • Strategy development and implementation
• Marketing related pursuit activities support
  • proposal development
  • graphics development
  • presentation development
• Manages branded materials inventory and ordering
• Manages pursuit research and tracking systems
• Manages the marketing events calendar and plans marketing events
• Maintains marketing databases as well as the CRM (Deltek Vision) and other information systems
• Maintains social media platforms and posts
• Performs other marketing related assignments at the direction of the Marketing Manager

Required Qualifications:  

• An associates or bachelor's degree
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure
• Strong commitment to quality service and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of staff
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
• Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.

Other Desired Qualifications/Competencies:

• Understanding of Deltek Vision and/or Cosential information management systems
• Graphic design capability using Adobe Creative Suite
