ATG is currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join us in our north Austin office.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with various hiring managers and senior level management and lead all activities related to the fulfillment of staffing needs
• Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the talent acquisition methodology, including recruiting strategy development, candidate sourcing, candidate pipelining, and assessment/selection.

• Be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding exceptional professional talent for a broad range of roles (entry-level to senior level).
• Develop skilled interview teams and ensure preparedness during the process
• Ensure compliance with ATG policies, processes, and practices; maintain current knowledge of federal, state and local employment practices and labor laws.
• Assist with other projects or assigned tasks, as needed.

Candidate Qualifications

• 6+ years proven success in full cycle recruitment (preferably in the A/E/C industry)
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional and education experience
• Subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment and selection of professional talent
• Strong written/ verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals both internal and external to the organization with proven ability to communicate to in a clear, focused and concise manner
• Consultative and collaborative style; ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and influence all levels of staff and management.
• High degree of business acumen with the ability to work independently and with high degree of integrity.
• Strong technical aptitude; advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office; general understanding of systems and their application to advance efficiency of operation.
• Strong understanding of Boolean string search
