Traffic Engineering Lead

The Traffic Engineering Lead will work independently and with a team on multiple projects across Texas. The successful candidate should exhibit individual initiative and be a team player willing to support the traffic engineering team.

The Traffic Engineering lead will be responsible for:

• Applying technical expertise and project management experience to manage project teams on conventional and unconventional projects.

• Performing basic project functions of production coordination, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, financial management and marketing assistance.

• Functioning as a mentor to project engineers and technical professionals to assist in their technical training and development.

• Performing quality control review of completed designs and other project tasks

• Performing client coordination.

• Completing training to meet company safety standards.

Required Qualifications include;

• BS degree in relevent Engineering field from ABET accrediited university

• 10+ years of progressive work experience

• PE license in the state of TX or ability to acquire within 3 months.

• PTOE certification

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation/Geopak, HCS, VISSIM, SIDRA and Synchro.
