Urban Transportation Engineer/Project Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for design of multi-modal streets, site developments, utilities, transit, and bike/ped facilities. Assist in developing project scopes, schedules and budgets. Responsibility for project staff performance. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Degree in engineering, planning or related field.
- PE License in Texas or ability to acquire same within 3 months.
- 6 plus years progressive experience performing engineering duties similar to those listed above.
- Expertise with engineering software, programs and methods used for duties described above.
- Must pass background and driver's record check.
Desired Skills:
- 10 plus years experience performing projects similar to those listed above.
- Experience with City of Austin and CapMetro urban transportation projects.
